PROCEDURE
You must bring the original document to my Montreal office in Cote-des-Neiges (it will be sent to me while you are waiting and the original will be returned to you immediately); please call (514) 341-5029 to make an appointment.  If you prefer, you can also mail me a certified copy of the document.  I do not recommend sending original official documents by mail.

Please don't forget to write down for me your full name as spelled in your passport, your address and the phone numbers where I can reach you.

The signed and sealed original translation will be returned to you via ExpressPost in Canada or Priority Courier in the States.

 TIMEFRAME

Depending on my workload, you will receive the translation approximately ten to fifteen working days after I receive the documents to be translated. However, I can also accommodate urgent requests for an additional $20 charge: in this case, and depending on the time of day I receive your document, your translation will be in your hands within 24 to 48 hours.

PAYMENT

I will be expecting your cheque within a week or two after you receive the translation, together with an invoice that you can use for the purposes of reimbursement.

  RATES

Rates for the translation of various documents are standard, and you will be informed of them at the time of your request. Generally, rates for certification of translations made by Bulgarian agencies or non-certified translators are fairly close to those for translation, due to the fact that the amount of time involved in checking the accuracy of a translation is almost identical to the time involved in translating it. However, my clients assure me that my rates are very competitive in the translation market.
